I am a systems and technical game designer working in the industry for 5 years. I have worked on many professional projects, as well as side projects where I enjoy remaking classic games in Unreal Engine 5.

LEAD DESIGNER AND PRODUCER

This is a side project and I, along with a few collaborators, worked together to recreate the game Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue in Unreal Engine 5.  We wanted to update the visuals of the project, while also fixing a few of the issues with the original game, such as the original camera, which was difficult to use to many players.

SENIOR TECHNICAL DESIGNER

This is a professional project where we as a small team made a lightweight, runtime version of Unreal Engine where users could place assets in an environment, set specific variables for them, group them in layers, and attach functionality to them.  The host who creates the environment can then run several users through the environment in a scenario where after it is complete, the host can review the replay with the clients with a replay system.

TECHNICAL DESIGNER

In this project, I wanted to port Fable Anniversary assets from Unreal Engine 3 to Unreal Engine 5.  The main purpose of this was to learn Unreal Engine more before starting a UE5 project at my professional job.  The project was a massive success in teaching me the fundamentals of UE5 development.  I made a large portion of the map open world, and created several systems, including a clothing system, an alignment system, and a commerce system.  I had also created many of the missions and Dialogue, along with cutscenes using the sequencer tool.
